RETURNS POLICY

If any printed⁽¹⁾ guide supplied by FISHER’S TRAVEL SOS is damaged you can return them to us for replacement (subject to availability) or a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights. Before returning them you must obtain a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) which you can obtain by emailing returns@fisherstravelsos.com

For all ‘self-print’ guides Fisher’s cannot be held responsible for a customer’s personal printer failing to print or spoiling the text or images. This does not affect your statutory rights.

In addition, if you live in the European Union you have the right by law to cancel your order, within 7 working days of receiving the product. To do this, you must give us notice of your intention to cancel within 7 working days of receiving the guide(s). The easiest way to do this is by emailing returns@fisherstravelsos.com On receiving your notice we will issue you with a RAN and instructions for returning the products to us.

In all cases, you must return the products to us within 14 days of receiving the RAN. On receipt of the guide(s) we will refund or replace. If you fail to return the guide(s) to us within this period we will assume that you no longer wish to return them and no refund or replacement will be made.

Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning products to us unless the reason for returning them is that they are damaged or defective or were delivered to you in error. If damaged will supply a FREEPOST address (UK customers only). 

Any refund due to you will be made upon receipt by us of the products in accordance with these conditions. The amount of the refund will take into account the terms of any promotion that applied to the products when you bought them.
